STAN GRIGISKI, President and Certified Financial Concierge Advocate
Stan Grigiski is a Financial Concierge Advocate with more than 30 years of experience helping older adults stay financially organized, protected, and independent.
Licensed in the State of Florida as a Public Health Adjuster, Stan has extensive experience navigating health insurance claims, medical billing issues, Medicare plans, and financial oversight. In 1997, he became the owner of Medical Claim Service of Southwest Florida, Inc. and later earned his designation as a Certified Claims Assistance Professional (CCAP).
Stan earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of South Florida and is known for his meticulous attention to detail, compassionate approach, and commitment to advocacy on behalf of his clients.
He provides hands-on support with daily money management, bill pay, medical and financial paperwork review, and ongoing coordination between clients, families, attorneys, financial professionals, and care providers. His goal is to help clients maintain independence while giving families peace of mind that important financial matters are being handled properly.
Stan is also active in the community, presenting educational seminars focused on Medicare changes, Medicare Part D plans, and Medicare Advantage options.

CAROL HESS, Founder and Consultant
In 1978, Carol Hess began a career in the insurance industry by becoming a state licensed health and disability insurance agent. In 1981, Carol completed her insurance course work and received her state license as a property and casualty agent. By 1985, she saw the great need to assist her clients with managing their medical paperwork.
After giving up her license to sell insurance, she received a license through the state of Florida as a public adjuster. On November 18, 1985, she founded Medical Claim Service and has been helping clients ever since. With 25 years of experience, she has the knowledge and ability to not only manage our clients' medical paperwork, but also evaluate their insurance coverage to be sure it is adequate.
